Why I Do This Work

Before becoming a licensed therapist, I worked directly alongside healthcare workers in high-stress medical environments right here in Austin. I witnessed firsthand the incredible burden front-line workers carry and the culture that tells you to "just suck it up and move on to the next patient." I know what it’s like to watch traumatic events unfold and then feel expected to function normally five minutes later. That lived perspective drives my commitment to providing specialized trauma recovery for medical professionals.
